We are a small family owned and operated ranch. 

We perform all our work to organic standards but at this time, we are not certified organic. We do not add any chemicals to the grass or to the beef.

Our Ranch

All our cows roam freely in irrigated pastures from the time they are born until the time we sell them. We have our cattle set-up on a rotational feeding program so that they are not on one pasture for too long. This helps maintain the quality of grass they are eating. 

We enjoy living in a beautiful setting with fantastic views of the lower Sierras and the Yosemite mountain range.
