All our cattle are born in the USA, not from Mexico, South America, or Canada. We don't use antibiotics, hormones, or additives. Initially, we offered only grass-fed beef, but customer demand for responsibly finished beef has led us to provide premium blends of oat hay, mixed grains, and alfalfa.

We still offer grass-fed options upon request but find more customers prefer grain-finished beef for its taste. All our cattle start on grass, but in the final months, they receive a healthy blend for better fat content, marbling, and tenderness. We value our long-term customers and are committed to delivering the best product possible while welcoming new faces.
