As a result, we can now often serve as a convenient one-stop shop for both pork and beef products. It is important to note that hogs require a little extra time to process, particularly if you are requesting cured goods like bacon and sausage.

Therefore, if these hogs are brought to the butcher simultaneously with your beef, it will generally take a couple of additional days for your order to be ready for pick up.
